Can I take a test using Honorlock in the Library?
Answer
Since Honorlock detects both sound and movement to determine if the person is cheating, it is not recommended that any of the computers out in the library be used.
The library does have 5 study rooms with computers that can be used to take Honorlock tests. They are first come, first served unless someone has reserved them. You can reserve a study room up to 2 weeks ahead. See all policies and how to reserve at Using Library Study Rooms webpage. If you have your own laptop, there are additional study cubbies that can be used, but they are not able to be reserve ahead.
